  1. Hey guys, I noticed a strange folder in my temp folder called BCLTMP containing subfolders with the names of my browsers. Inside of these folders are files that contain my saved favourites, visited urls and searches. After deletion of the BCLTMP folder it appears again after a while, sometimes after a day, a week or a month. After scanning my PC with all the tools I have (which didn't find much and didn't stop the folder appearing) I decided it might be normal.. Then I bought a new laptop which showed the same behavior within the same week I bought it. Nothing was installed on the laptop,
  2. How do I clear all Protection History and reset all 3 to Zero? Attached screenshot of Malwarebytes Premium main page.
  3. On the dashboard, MBAM says it had 4 scan time detections and 2404 real-time detections but I can't find any evidence that MBAM actually did anything, except for 1 time in October it says it blocked a ransomware attack and the rest of the reports say it detected nothing, except blocked websites. How can I see what the 4 scan detections and 2404 real-time detections were? At least in Norton you can see what the actual threats were. Before I re-up my premium protection l want to see what it actually did and the report section isn't helpful at all - I'd need to open each and every report and
  4. I'm trying to research how my computer got infected. I can tell the date and time, the file name and infection name/type. What I'd like to do is see what got launched or installed, where did the file come from etc. That way if I did something stupid to get it on my computer I'll know not to do that again.
  5. Hello All, I was wondering if there is a way to review the results of a previous scan, and remove the threats based on those results. The reason I ask this, is I work on computers for a living, and often run Malware Bytes to find threats. However, some times the scan takes several hours, to the point that it won't finish until I get back in the morning, and then Windows restarts for updates. Another example, which happened a little while ago, is that a scan finished, I went to document the results, and came back to find it started scanning again of its own volition. In these cases
  6. Malwarebytes on my wife's pc keeps detecting certain PUPs. I delete them, but they keep recurring. Apologies for the rather small image of the quarantine file below. The items are searchprotect and ASK. Is she doing something wrong? Is there something I can do to stop this?
  7. Malwarebytes sends me a warning a few times daily, which is entered in the log as Detection, 04/04/2016 06:17, SYSTEM, JOHN-PC, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 121.123.135.93, 62974, Outbound, C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe, Detection, 04/04/2016 06:17, SYSTEM, JOHN-PC, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 121.123.135.93, 53806, Outbound, C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe, Detection, 04/04/2016 06:17, SYSTEM, JOHN-PC, Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 121.123.135.93, 62974, Outbound, C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.e
