  1. Will this nifty gadget ever be waterfox compatible ? Its my main browser and i will never use anything else. Sorry! Would be unfortunate for waterfox users, very unfortunate; most malware comes from browsing. Thanks mbam staff and zerovuln team !
  2. Well here I'm not completely sure what's going on but it's potentially very serious. Apparently Norton keeps showing up a window alerting me that a Bloodhound type exploit has been detected in my browser under one of my profiles (firefox) on my old computer that I require for work (it has my modeling program). I obviously cannot just delete that profile considering the immense data I need. In any case, Norton alerts me that is has been cleaned but then it started showing up a second and then a third time saying it was cleansed (but it obviously was not). At this point I became worried and looked more into Bloodhound (33). Apparently it's very high risk and can do some serious damage but it's not completely identified because Bloodhound is just a detection designation that Norton gave it and exploit 33 is the type of that class. I might have felt that damage too considering my Firewall (Comodo) has been acting strange lately as if it does not remember all the programs and connections I've allowed or disallowed. I was also forced to redownload Norton as if the program itself has been eaten away by something, so much so that hundreds of megabytes were just chunked out. Malwarebytes is working fine and I just did a scan with it. It DID detect some things but I quartined them all. This is obviously very serious, which is why I decided to reboot into Safe Mode immediately and am now asking for expert assistance. Please keep in mind I did the Farbar scan in Safe Mode. I am still currently in Safe Mode and awaiting further instruction.
  3. Hi guy im new here and i received an email from "facebookupdates" and i didn't clicked but the address is yfkehai.com i think it's Virus but i'm not sure i opened the Email not the Webpage. P.s. i Opened the Webpage on my virtual machine and i think is an Exploit i'm not sure.
  4. Hi, new to here. I've had MAE for a while now and it's the first time it has noticed an exploit. A good thing? The exploit block seems to have occurred when after I installed the Ginger Software (a software that corrects Grammar) and try to use Internet Explorer. Ginger software website (just in case): http://www.gingersoftware.com/ I'd like to know if this is possible a false positive or a legitimate exploit before attempting to whitelist this software. Is it possible to be able to disable certain parts of the Ginger software to avoid this exploit? I have contacted the Ginger software (team?) and should receive a response in 1-2 business days, they claim. Currently, I have uninstalled the software. Notes: Every other browser on my computer works fine (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera). IE is the only one that closes immediately when MAE notifies me of an exploit. I was also able to use the Ginger software, as well without issues. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks! Ray
  5. I am using Mbam Anti-Exploit Since yesterday everything is fine, until I update my Alipay Certificate(Alipay is some sort of China online Shopping secure banking add-in module). I am not a online shopper, anyway. My google chrome stopped functioning. And Mbam Anti-Exploit keep showing me "An expoilt code has been blocked by Google Chrome"。 What is it going on... do I need to disable any plugin? (there is no extension for Alipay but plugin) or it is a false positive?
  6. Malwarebytes recently acquired Zerovulnerabilitylabs, so will it remain stand alone or be icorporated into the Malwarebytes flagship product?
  7. A couple of hours ago I started getting redirected I ran malwarebytes & deleted exploit.drop.9, I am still getting redirected after deleting it. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance
