  1. Hi all, Eset online scanner is currently blocked. Although I check "Do not block this site again for scam" Malwarebytes Browser Guard is unable to remember the setting. Please whitelist it. Thanks
  2. So, I have always run Malwarebytes premium along side Eset, and most recently, Bitdefender. All of a sudden, I found my windows 7 PCs were doing things like slowing down, refusing to shut down, and loosing the ability to browse the internet despite the computer saying I was connected. At first, I thought the problem was with bitdefender's new update. When I uninstalled bitdefender, the problems would stop. I had just about decided to go back to Eset when I found that I had the same problem with Eset running along side malwarebytes premium. I have never had this problem before, and ag
  3. Hi there! Throughout the past few months, I've had problems running my Win7 Professional 64-bit PC rig properly. The problem showed as intermittent freezing of the whole operating system every now and then, let's say once in an hour or so, for around 5-15 min at a time. Meaning; I can't click on anything from the task bar, the mouse cursor turns into the spinning circle (as in; waiting, waiting ...); everything that I click on or type is stored in some kind of a buffer that then gets "released" after the clog re-opens. I am running ESET Internet Security 2018 (the latest version; 12.
  4. I'm accustomed to report phishing URLs to ESET, Google, Netcraft, Microsoft, HPhosts forum and phishtank. Malwarebytes for Chrome blocks hxxp://phishing.eset.com/report/ita (safe to visit). I attached a screenshot. It is a false positive detection. Please fix it. Cheers
  5. For a few days now Malwarebytes has detected some files from nod32's programdata as riskware. I believe these files are generated new every day, so it detects them every morning. I have emailed Nod32 and they believe they are not a threat. Attached is the log file. MWB Log.txt
  6. So, I have been using Eest Smart Security for years now. I wanted the extra protection and found out Malwarbytes premium played real well with Eset. Well, I started hearing about Bitdefender and how great it was. It's hard for me to make the change, since I have grown to really trust eset, but I decided to give it a shot. The one major thing about it though was there is a lot of talk about how bitdefender doesn't play well with others. I never heard that about Eset. Bitdefender seems to keep beating out the competition, so I would like to give it a try, but if it doesn't play well with Malware
  7. i discovered a confusing bug, when Malwarebytes catch a virus ESET block that file and block Malwarebytes, in the same time Malwarebytes do the same thing...
  8. Regarding the recent outbreak of the Wannacry ransomware attacks I am thinking to install Malwarebytes 3 Premium in addition to my current Eset Smart Security 8.0.319.0. Does anyone know if there will be any conflict between these two? I've been googling and seems like the answers are both yes and no but all are from quite a few years ago so I don't know whether those are up-to-date answers. I am particularly concerned about the conflicts between the real-time protection scanning from both software. Could anyone shed some lights on please? Thanks alot
  9. Hello MBAM support. Today, I pluged in a USB into my computer and I noticed my files had been changed to direct accesses. Unfortunately I clicked one and the problems started from there. I have ESET Endpoint Antivirus and immediately after trying to open a .docx document a notification started popping up about a URL adresss being blocked. Every 5-10 seconds the notification appears again and it has never stopped since. At first, I tried restarting my computer but it did not work, the notification continued. Then I heard of MBAM and installed it but the program would not run. So, I went an
  10. hi i bought license for eset smart security ,and i have paid for 2017 malwarebyte is the best antimalware ever made , can i install v3 and keep it running with eset smart security? thanks
  11. Hi Guys, I have been running MBAM Pro with ESET Smart Security 5 for a while now with no problems. but recently, since last week, I have found that there is an issue if they are both enabled on start up. If I have both MBAM Pro and ESET Smart Security 5, windows will not log in, just gets stuck on the login screen. however if i disable either one on start up the machine boots normally. at the moment I have to leave MBAM disabled on start up and manually start it once the machine has booted. its important to note, there is no problems running both applications once the PC has booted, in looking
  12. Hi, I started to get Identical IP in Network warning from Eset nod32 V5 (trial edition with firewall), and it shows up all the time, almost every single time I go to a new webpage, any idea what it could be? I have searched my computer for Virus with both nod32 and malwarebytes Anti-malware, nothing came up. I dont have the logs, because after I was done seearching with malwarebytes, I go this a message with something like this: Windows security center has been deactivated, click on this message to reactivate it. and seconds after that it restarted... and I started up to safemode, and searched
