  2. When I upgraded to 2.0.1, I got a message saying that Malwarebytes was unable to access the update server. Now, I can't get any updates, and I have a message constantly popping up telling me that my databases are out of date, This is not a network problem. 2.0.0 was able to update its definitions just fine. Is there a workaround?
  3. Could someone please help me get my database update to work? Here are the facts: Windows 8.1 The small Malwarebytes icon on the bottom right of the Taskbar has a red exclamation point on it. When I dbl click, it get, "Your databases are out of date" and clicking, "Fix now" does nothing. If I start the app, I get the same thing. I tried manual database update but no change. My Database Version is currently: v2014.10.03.05 I have been using Malwarebytes since 9/11/14 and I believe the problem has been going on since I purchased it. Thanks in advance for any help, Richard
  4. I continually get the Databases Out of Date messagebox but cannot update. I click Update Now (green button) nothing happens. I open Malwarebytes and click big Fix Now button - nothing happens. The link to update databases> is greyed out below adjacent to the databases version. I currently have version V2014.06.29.02 I have a licensed version <license info removed by moderator>
  5. Like so many others, I am getting the popup that my databases are out of date. I try clicking update now and get nothing. My software version is premium and my DB version is v2014.06.29.01.
