  8. Hello- my computer has recently started doing something very unusual such as blocking programs (that are unharmful), Popping up everytime I log in, everytime I open up my browser, or any other app/program, and also pops up if I don't touch my computer for a certain amount of time. It started doing this about a week ago and I'd really like to resolve it. Each time it pops up it says the same thing: "C:Windows\system32\ncrypt.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support." I've tried uninstalling C:Windows\system32\ncrypt.dll to re-install it but it won't even do that! Please help

  10. I am having this very same problem. I have used RKill and Zemana to no avail. I know exactly where I got this malware from too. I can post a link to it if that will help me identify and get rid of it.
  11. I'm trying to fix some of the viruses on my computer, they shouldn't be this hard. I haven't been able to open task manager because it always crashes on startup. Also, whenever I try to run RKill, Malwarebytes, the Malwayrebytes Anit-Rootkit, it pops up with "The requested resource is in use" with a directory of the executable. This would be way easier if I could start software, but anything relating to anti-virus/malware removal won't launch. Any suggestions? I've tried a lot.
  12. I learned in the 'We Are Devs' discord server that the DLL Injector involves a lot of crapware and threats. I decided to run a threat scan and quarantine over 113 Threats. But this (the main reason I got Malwarebytes) still won't go away after a reboot. https://gyazo.com/513a2b845a5c1b3fa01f07d0f9c98c13 Please help me. Thanks Stay Happy
  13. Hi, can you have someone look into my ticket? Its #2025468. It wont let me active my program. I never used it. I am not sure why they are deleting keys when people brought them. The keys that are brought should remain in the system if you own it. I cant seem to locate my receipt but I know it was a working key. It states license not found. Very odd to see so many other people saying the same thing about they key. Help would be nice if someone can reactive my key. Check me ticket number #2025468. Thank you.
  14. I decided to do a clean reinstall of Windows tonight and I am running into an issue. I have both Malwarebytes 3 and Malwarebytes anti-ransomware. When I installed both before, I was able to get them to run without issue. Now, I am getting an error "Unable to start - Unable to connect the Service". This error message happens for Malwarebytes anti-ransomware first, but then upon reboot, it effects Malwarebytes 3 and it won't launch, but Malwarebytes anti-ransomware works fine. Upon further inspection, the service in Services returns the following error when trying to manually start it "error 80040154: class not registered" Any ideas? I also submitted a ticket to malwarebytes support.
  15. Hi, So i've had malwarbytes for awhile and i've had zero issues with it up until a month now. 20. I've noticed a console log with Malwarebytes for Mac that may or may not be concerning. What happens if i have the console app open with "malwarebytes typed into the search, i can see log entries of the scan that Malwarebytes preforms. During the scan i see three error message that reads "*** Expected to get UTI for file '<private>' but got NULL on line (/LSCore.mm:2383). Flags are 0000000000007000. Please amend <rdar://problem/18605177> with this information." Im unsure what it means or if there is something defective as im not seeing this error message being displayed on my second mac computer. I provided a screenshot down bellow; the error message is the same for all three lines
  21. What is WdfLoad? The Malwarebytes research team has determined that WdfLoad is a Trojan.Dropper. These trojans are designed to download other malware. The Scheduled Task How do I know if my computer is affected by WdfLoad? You may see an entry similar to this in your list of Scheduled Tasks: How did WdfLoad get on my computer? Trojans use different methods for distributing themselves. This particular one was bundled with other software. How do I remove WdfLoad? Our program Malwarebytes can detect and remove this trojan. Please download Malwarebytes to your desktop. Double-click mb3-setup-consumer-{version}.exe and follow the prompts to install the program. Then click Finish. Once the program has fully updated, select Scan Now on the Dashboard. Or select the Threat Scan from the Scan menu. If another update of the definitions is available, it will be implemented before the rest of the scanning procedure. When the scan is complete, make sure that all Threats are selected, and click Remove Selected. Restart your computer when prompted to do so. Is there anything else I need to do to get rid of WdfLoad? This PUP creates a randomly named scheduled task that is intended to download and run a cryptocurrency miner. It will also store antivirus software certificates in the "Untrusted" section. You can read here how to check for and, if necessary, remove Scheduled Tasks. If you receive the error Runtime Error 49:120 could not call proc this means the certificates have already been placed. In these cases you should download and run Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit BETA. After using Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit BETA, reboot the system and follow the instructions above to run Malwarebytes. Thjis should work now. How would the full version of Malwarebytes help protect me? We hope our application and this guide have helped you eradicate this trojan. As you can see below the full version of Malwarebytes would have protected you against the WdfLoad trojan. It would have warned you before the trojan could install itself, giving you a chance to stop it before it became too late. 22. After downloading malwarebytes and running the setup, during installation, right after I choose my preferred language , the message ''Runtime Error (at 47:120)" appears. I have tried to fix it, I even checked the forum but I found no help. I have tried completely uninstalling malwarebytes with your removal program, rebooting and reinstalling it right after but I still get the message "Runtime Error (at 47:120)". A way to solve this would be appreciated. Thanks for your time
  23. Hi! I've been trying to uninstall this program as it doesn't work but I've been having a lot of trouble with it. For example I get a couple of error messages which I will screenshot and include in this post. If anyone could help me with removing this program (and maybe even telling me of any anti-malware program that works for them?) that'd be really great! -Nicole
