  2. I have a virus that I think is the Google redirect virus. When I click on a search result on Google it redirects me to an advertisement site. Also, new tabs pop up with unwanted advertisement sites while browsing the internet. Pretty annoying! My computer seems to be running slower as a result of this new problem. I have downloaded some malware and anti-spyware programs but nothing seems to fix my computer. I have tried Malwarebytes, Super Anti-Spyware, and TDSKiller. No infections have shown on the Malwarebytes and TDSKiller scans. However, the Super Anti-Spyware scan yielded 91 infections, which I removed, but the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jim
