If I buy the full version will it get rid of the Rootkit agent? I'm at wits end. Does the paid version have tech support? Can I download it on a thumbdrive because my PC won't let me get on the internet. Thanks

Both the links do the same thing. It shuts me down and will not let me down load.

I turned off the anti virus then it told me that "You can not name combofix[1}" So it won't let me run it.
