  1. Thanks a ton guys. Will comply asap to assist with new PUPstrings & as soon as I have a mo will contact you to see if other hiddeninfections exist. (Busy with evacuating my aged parents overseas which saps time to attend to IT issues now). All the very best.
  2. Hey Mods & Mbytes users. Please don't think I am saying the program isn't good, I do believe in it. I am just ticked off that Eset found stuff I believe Mbytes should have. Please can someone explain why this happened 'cos I doubt their product is better? I'd hoped getting rid of those 4 malware would get my word or web typing corrected. The problem is every time 'T' is typed the next letter doesn't continue but shoots up to where my cursor is & inserts the continuing type there - but ridding my machine of that malware hasn't changed anything besides speeding the computer up. Does anybody know anything about such a virus that beggers with your typing? e.g. busy typing typing & then you type 'the' or that' or transparent' and the 't' will go down but the next letter forms a space way ago from when you begun typing & where the cursor is currently sitting so you get e.g. 'space ranspare(t & it shoots back to beginning)....Hey Mods & .... Hope some knowledgeable persons have advice to give, I'm infuriated by this & (2) makes typing tedious & VERY time consuming. Thanks in advance.

  4. Hey! New. Mod pls move if incorrect posting? Was investigating FileASSASIN & what it does, then ran it. Was concerned on last4 entries, googled. unins000.DAT came up as being very foul on googling but when I looked... I was in the directory of MBAM. Should it be there? unins000 & unins.msg is with it. Have done nothing, preferred waiting for someone with a better brain to advise. Further, locked file W3SVC1 in Inetpub, Logs, Log File & History, CFG History but then disappears (what's with that?). Temp, ASP Compiled Templates. Perflogs, Admin. MAAN (computers id). Windows, LiveKernelReports. Windows, Minidump. Windows, Prefetch (also non-existent on opening, the lock trace just disappears). Obviously don't wanna do damage & would appreciate input. Thx.
