  1. I wanted to update this. So Friday I applied windows patches and rebooted the server. I did not see that it was getting updates so, again, I manually applied updates. I logged into the server this morning and checked it and now it appears that it is correctly getting signature updates as it should as I see that the latest updates are present. Really odd. I will update this thread if that changes, otherwise, all is well it appears.
  2. Hello! I'm running server version 1.6.1.2897. I've never really had any issues before with the mbam server so this is very strange to me. Okay, so three days a user sent me a chat message saying "hey, my mbam signature is saying it's over X days old, can you help me out?" Not really paying attention, I simply re-installed the client from the management console and forgot about it. The next day that first user and another user both sent me chats saying "hey, mbam signature is out of date, can you fix it?" Thinking I've gone from a singular end user issue to perhaps a bigger issue I checked my own client and sure enough the last update was from 03/20/17 with today (then yesterday) being 03/30/17. Hmmm. So I logged onto the server in which the mbam management console runs on, server is running fine, everything is up and running fine however, I do see that when I click on the Admin tab and check the Signature tab it reads that the last time the signature was updated was "03/20/2017 x:xx AM"? And it's set to update every 10 minutes. I went ahead and initiated a manual update (check update now) and it properly updated, pushed out the update to all the clients. Shrugging it off, I thought "I will check that later." And of course I got busy and forgot about it but I did log in today and, again, I see that the signature on the server is not updating. From research I did the following : I verified that nslookup data-cdn.mbamupdates.com yields results and it does. I verifed that nslookup keystone.mwbsys.com yields results and that does too. Any thoughts?
  3. Thanks, I'll go ahead and send an e-mail to them. If we figure it out, I'll post up the fix there. Thanks for the info and welcome 1PW!
  4. Thread title pretty much says it all but I'm getting this Program_Error_Updating (2,0,Timeout) on every computer in the building I've checked. The website (www.malwarebytes.org) loads very slowly and when it finally loads it's all text. I've unloaded and reloaded mbam, I've run the uninstaller mbam program, I've disabled a/v and reloaded it, etc. No dice. I've the PRO version (paid for) so any assistance would really be appreciated!
