Thank you. I appreciate it. Dave

Thank you.

You are right. I need that to be added to the white list. I wonder how many potential customers I may have lost. 😆 Do I need to or can I mark it as not solved or can you do that for me? Thanks, Dave

Ahhhhh, I just went to the download page but didn't actually try to download the file. When I clicked to download it the file explorer opens up but it doesn't block the file until you actually click the SAVE button. I didn't think it got that far before it actually blocked it. My bad. Case Closed! Thanks for all the help and hanging in there with me. I appreciate it. 😁 Dave

Yes multiple times. I do that a lot every day as a habit too. I clear all of the cache and history and everything.

Thanks, I will check back later as I have tried everything over and over and removed and reinstalled the Browser Guard to no avail. It's not causing any real issues but it must be a bug so I hope they fix it. Dave

I just realized this post is under the "Chrome" topic and I am using Firefox. I could have swore that is where I made my original post. Could somebody move this thread to the Malwarebytes Browser Guard Firefox section? Thanks, Dave edit: I originally posted this under the False Positives section and it was moved by a moderator.

I understand. I have the latest version I guess at v2.6.27 so that should be fine.

Well, I don't know why it doesn't work as I have tried what you posted numerous times and it remains the same. Here is what my interface popup looks like. I am missing the info in the right lower corner compared to your screenshot. I guess I can live with it working as is, but I was hoping to be able to reverse my decision to make sure it works.

I did what is shown (multiple times) but now it continues to allow me to visit my site and the download page and the download link without complaining. When I click the Clear Browser Guard Storage it appears to do something as I get a visual spinning circle like activity, but everything remains the same. Thanks, Dave

Thanks for helping out. But do you know how I can reset my browser guard so it detects this from my pc again? Dave

Hi, The link is https://www.soapcalculator.com/ I know how to take a screenshot but now I can't get the Browser Guard to complain that my website is potentially bad anymore. But if you check it, make sure you click on the download link from the main page. Thanks, Dave

I have some software I wrote years ago and it likely the reason my website gets blocked as the protection I use on the software may appear suspicious to some AV software. If I check my file with VirusTotal it has 11 out of 71 that deem it suspicious. I don't sell many pieces of the software but I had a sale yesterday and when the person went to download it they were stopped. They are using McAffee AV. But when I went to my website to download and test my app I was blocked by MB Browser Guard using Firefox. I said proceed anyway and it went back to the last page I was on before clicking the downloads page. So I ended up selecting "do not block this website again" and got my download and tested it with VirusTotal. Then when I went to the MB section to report a false positive it had a list of thing I need to provide. So I was going to take a screenshot of the error page but I couldn't because it worked fine as I unblocked it. So I went into the setting of Browser Guard and removed my website from the list of unblocked websites and it still allow me access to the site. I removed Browser Guard from Firefox and reinstalled it and it still allows access to my website. How can I switch that back to allow me to take a screenshot of my MB blocked website page that shows when going there or to my download page? Thanks
