Just used Malwarebytes to remove Personal Shield Pro from a friends computer (Windows XP)and it worked a treat. Many thanks, I have one very happy friend now I would like to add though that the installation instructions could do with amending slightly as even renaming the setup file to explorer.exe as recommended didn't work as the piece of c@@p that is PSP blocked another file in the setup process (mbam.tmp)so had to install Malwarebytes in safe mode. Once installed, I rebooted back into normal mode, changed the .exe file name to explorer.exe as per the instructions and everything worked as advertised from then on. :D
