Found this as well. Of note: I was recovering from a rootkit virus. Did a full install from restore disks of my HP Pavillion laptop. My IT guys are concerned that the rootkit might have survived the reformat, or that the HP Restore disks dont' acutally do the repartition, so they had me run malwarebytes again. Got the startmenulogoff falsepositive. Literally, install XP to a reformatted hard disk from HP restore disks, install malwarebytes, run, falsepositive.
