I appreciate the continued support here. The Combofix log included below. The ESET scanner page still will not load in IE. I'm getting a page not found. Should I be concerned? I can go to the page in FF today and the online scanner link produces a pop-up, but it asks me to install a "smart installer". I seem to recall having problems with this in the past so I did not proceed further. I've always used IE for ESET. I am not sure why that scan indicated this machine had Norton installed. There is no evidence that it is; I went ahead and ran the uninstaller. How can you tell if it worked? Forgot to disable it. Then I ran it again with AVAST disabled. Then I ran ERUNT. Then I ran Rogue Killer. During that scan I got a blue screen crash. Well I was wondering if it was okay what I did to get rid of the java deployment toolkit entry in mozilla (see personal message I sent before you reopened this topic). This is what I wrote last: Well I looked online for some possible solutions and found one that involved deleting the .dll file associated with the entry. I followed this link: http://forums.mozill...?f=38&t=2632007 Some other sites suggested renaming it but I just deleted it. It is still in my recycle bin if I need to restore it. What do you think? Sorry for not replying sooner, but I don't use this computer on a regular basis. Thanks again! You mentioned there was one more thing we could do in the personal message before this one. Well it is currently disabled but I don't know how to remove it completely. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm not sure if it was okay or not but I deleted some of the tools from the desktop right after I used them. Also, I still have those JRT files that I can't delete (see previous posts). The rkill and dr. web icons are still there as well. I think everything else is gone. You mentioned that you could help get rid of the undeletable JRT files. Can we do that now? Thanks.
