I have been unable to run malwarebytes or any anti malware software to scan computer....in addition I cant run the hijack this log.....when i do try to run the program he second time it will not allow me to access program and says something about not accessing the files. I have run device manager and cant find tdsserv.sys to disable it.....i have also changed the mbam name for scan and it will start go to drive selection and then close when scan starts......any ideas? thank you
