Thanks for the prompt reply, Nothing special to run the installer, it is "excelsior" seems pretty reliable, I just did a malware scan, cleaned up the files and rebuilt the software and still it is detected by malwarebytes. attached is the installer, the program will not actually run unless you have a specific camera. Good Morning, I have developped a small c# application named moondance and I distribute the software via a yahoogroup. One of the users in my group has informed me that I my software has spyware, This was he's report " Infizierte Dateien: > d:\Software\moondancesetup.exe (Spyware.Passwords.Gen) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. > d:\Software\moondance_old.exe (Spyware.Passwords.Gen) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. " I have deleted the file from the yahoo group whilst I investigate, my software saves the user email password (gmail) so it may send an email automatically as a part of its function, could this possibly be the reason why malware bytes has detected it?
