He ejecutado la herramienta de soporte, y al final me dice que encontraré el resultado en "desktop" para enviarlo a soporte. Pero no encuentro dichos resultados en el "desktop"

Es muy complicado. Prefiero esperar una nueva versión.

Exactamente, ahi es donde intento que se explore por "Scan for Rootkits", como vengo haciendo desde hace tiempo. Y ahora no me lo permite. Al presionar el botón de "Start Custom Scan" se bloquea y no se ejecuta.

Tal como tengo configurado mi programa desde hace mucho tiempo, no lo he cambiado, y ha sido desde la última actualización (5.1.11.133) cuando no me lo admite para análisis avanzados > personalizados. No es problema de que se produzcan falsos positivos, sino que se bloquea el inicio del escaneo (solamente si hay selección del casillero de "Análisis en busca de rootkits".
