As soon as I started running Norton Security Scan, MalwareBytes detected trojan.malpack, seemingly in Norton Security Scan itself. It tried to quarantine it but the file disappeared seemingly as soon as it was detected. How could Norton Security Scan contain this trojan? I'm not able to parse this situation. Thanks.

Anybody know definitively whether this one is malevolent? Vendor: PUP.PSWTool.ProductKey Item: C:\Windows\Temp\LTCatche\transfertoolsproductprodukey64exe.exe I think it might be from a Lab Tech Software product but I only think that because of the "LT".
