Yesterday, the Antivirus 360 showed up on my husbands computer. He is using Windows 2000, XP. It showed it's ugly head by popping up everytime he opened IE. I immediately searched for help and was advised to upload Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, which I did. I uploaded it to the desktop and was successful in installing it. However when I tried to scan, it would scan about 3 seconds and go away. It appeared that 360 was blocking it. I finally just turned the computer off. When I turned it back on and was going to run in safe mode, once I click on safe mode or advanced mode or any other option, it shows me a bunch of drivers and then goes to the screen that says a problem has been detected and run in safe mode again. Nothing works. I know a little about computers but am really a novice. Is this fixable or am I going to have to take it in to the shop? Thanks.
