  1. Hi, I am a registered licensed user of Malwarebytes and I always have real-time protection enabled. However, every so often when I start windows I get a notification that some of my real-time protections are disabled. I have to struggle to get them enabled. Eventually I get them all enabled after re-starting and then attempting to enable the protections which are disabled. This should not happen and is a concern to me. Could someone explain what could be causing this malfunction of Malwarebytes and how to stop this from happening? Thank you.
  2. Exile: Thanks for your very quick reply. I guess I was under the false assumption that the terms malware and virus were used interchangeably. Please explain to me what I just paid $24.95 for? I had been using the free version of malwarebytes for periodic scans and AVIRA Personal Free for real-time protection. I wrongly assumed that the pro version of malwarebytes would provide the same protection as AVIRA. Any way I can get a refund? Thank you. mdubin
  3. Hi: I just purchased the pro version of Malwarebytes. It states that real-time protection is enabled. Yet I am getting a windows security alert that Virus Protection is not found. This never happened to me before with any other anti-virus software. How do I fix that Windows Security Alert? Thank you. mdubin
