Found a really scientific fix. Just keep trying to open the program, 20 to 30 times, and eventually you will get to the scan page. Click on scan. Program may run a second or two. Click on scan and repeat 20 to30 times. Eventually the program will run longer and longer, then find the virus that is shutting the software down. I had to let the computer reboot three times before the software killed everything. Disconnecting your internet connection helps accelerate the program.

I have installed the software. It will open, the program screen flickers then shuts down.
