Syntax Error While Updating

We are using the free edition of malware bytes, is this support free or fee based? -
OS: XP 32Bit Pro, on a corp. domain, I am domain admin Version: 1.151.0.1200 Windows firewall disabled Error while updating: An error has occurred. Please report this error code to our support team. PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (536870915, 0, Syntax error) Proxy server is set correctly, same with login for proxy (domain admin). I was able to update before with these same settings. The software updated to this version and I cannot go further. Database is 24 days old.
