I've run multiple scan and its says that there are no issues. But it still keeps trying to block downloader.exe. If malware bytes think its malicious why wont it tell me where it is and to qurrantine it?

malwarebyte keeps blocking downloader.exe , is this something I need to worry about? Why does it not just get rid of it? It's getting really annoyng when the window keeps popping up... any suggestions?
