i had the same issue, after a few minutes on google, the following simple solution took care of the problem: click start, then run, in the box type regsvr32 vbalexpbar6.ocx and click run. a box should pop up telling you that the registration was successful. then go back to the run box, and type regsvr32 ssubtmr6.dll and again click run. the same confirmation box should appear. after this restart your computer if necessary and voila you should be back to billing out customers in no time!
