  1. Thanks to you! You've been very patience with me and I'm glad that everything is working fine now. Thank you very much!
  2. That's what I did and there's no problem at all, that's why I was asking if I have to enable the protection module in MBAM? (I thought this was logical cause the protection module is only available in PRO version)
  3. Hello again, it's magic dude! xD I have put the exclusions you told me in ESET and then I restarted my computer and it didn't freeze at all! Now my question is... Do i have to enable the protection module in MBAM? Or it'll conflict with ESET? Thanks!
  4. Hi again, yeah, I have the same feeling and that's why I havem't put my license ID and key into MBAM. I hope this can help; I did exactly as you said and here are the reports in a Rar file. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RN1ZRHO3 Thanks Sebas4ever_Report.rar
  5. Hi again, you see I didn't use OTL, I just run mbam-clean.exe If there's something I can do for you just tell me
  6. Oh my gosh I still can't believe it, but it has worked! After cleaning my system with that program, I reinstalled MBAM and my system didn't lock up after a reboot. Thank you soooo much for your patience!
  7. I'm so sorry I didn't respond before... That's the strange thing; It happened after registering, but when I uninstall the program and reinstall it again, it's already registered. I don't need to put the serial key and nothing because it's alredady there :S
  8. Hi again, thank you very much for your time but this program is driving me crazy! You see, everytime I install it freezes my computer so the only solution for doing sth is to restart it in safe mode and uninstall it. I did what you tell me to do, so I have to install Malware bytes again and I disable ESET from launching at startup, I restart my computer to see some changes but nothing, I even put an exclusion on Eset smart for MBAM, but nothing. I dunno man I'm tired to reset my computer pressing the power button to enter safe mode :S I dunno what else I can do
  9. Thank you very much! Here is the zip file you made me do (I uploaded on megaupload) http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XJZAOKOK
  10. Hi, I really hope you can help me, do you know why does Malwarebytes freeze my computer? I have Windows 7. The only way I can get around with starting my computer with malwarebytes is to system restore, and then for one bootup my computer won't freeze with Malwarebytes. Then next restart it freezes again. When I first got the program I restarted my computer 2-3 times without a problem. Then upon running one scan it froze upon restart and has been that way ever since. I am currently NOT infected with any malware (according to ESET Smart Security and Malwarebytes paid editions). Is there any method to start my computer without it freezing because of malwarebytes? I have disabled it temporarily but I would like to be able to start my computer with it running. I really appreciate your time and help, I will be waiting for some help, thank you very much -- Sebastian
