  1. Hey, I just posted the link for informational purposes... You started the discussion...
  2. Well, I'm sure there must be something to it for the discussion to have gone so far up the food chain... I'm sure well here more about it.... And, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was happening... After all, look where all these computers and components are being made...Not exactly friends of ours....
  3. http://technolog.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/07/08/7043349-us-official-says-pre-infected-computer-tech-entering-country
  4. Nothing personal but, if I was that prone to getting infected I wouldn't buy online until I was more skilled at not getting infected in the first place.
  5. None of the boxes are checked in my version either... But. like I had said, it happens once in awhile... No big deal...For me anyway.
  6. That has happened to me also.. When I first installed pro version it would ask me. Then it stopped for a long time and just yesterday it asked me again but now it doesn't... Of course, this doesn't answer your question but just wanted to let you know it's not only happening to you...
  7. I checked about that once before and the answer is NO.. One license can be used on different operating systems ONLY if they are installed on ONE computer.Licenseese is for ONE computer..
  8. How did you get the infection? Did you click on something or downloadsomethingg that was infected?
  9. I did all that. I didn't know about the problem until after I visited this forum.. The program didn't update automaticly this morning before I got the warnings.. Thanks
  10. I got these this morning on my scheduled scan with Malewarebytes Pro.... All programs I have been using for a long time with no trouble... They all had to do with the following programs: 1---WINBUBBLE 2---CD BURNER XP 3---INFO BAR HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\WinBubble (Trojan.MSIL.SD) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. Files Infected: c:\program files\common files\System\uninstall.exe (Trojan.MSIL.SD) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.
