My computer was infected with "Vundo" (aka MS Juan). I spent 5 hours on 1/2/09 trying to figure it out and another 3 hours the next morning. I finally contacted McAfee support and spent another 3 hours with two of their "experts" who couldn't fix it and they both left me hanging with a computer worse off than when they started. I was able to get my money refunded from McAfee. I have now spent another 4 hours on this trying to fix it myself. I finally came across Malwarebytes and downloaded their free fix. IT WORKED! I am so happy. You guys rock! I just finished paying and registering for your product. I will tell everyone I know to look this site up on the net and encourage them to purchase protection with Malwarebytes. Thanks again!
