I am on a separate computer than the one that is infected, the one that is infected can't go on the internet so I don't think I'll be bale to access the links :S

It won't let me access the internet though, whenever I open it up vista security says page is "unsafe", and the page remains blank. I'm currently on my sisters laptop

I've been infected with vista security 2011. I've tried running malwarebtyes on safe mode with networking but the program won't run, and I can;t open up the internet. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
