Hi, I have Malwarebytes on 3 Computers: a Laptop and 2 Desktop operating systems. I am shortly upgrading my desktops by replacing the board, processor, RAM and GFX card. I will be retaining the SSDs and Operating systems. As I am going to replace the board, I will have to reload the Operating systems from scratch, and am looking as to how I can retain my 3 PC Licence, as 2 of the PCs are efectivly going to cease to exist. Is it a case of deactivating the desktops as listed in my account, then re-registering once the new OS are up and running, or is it more complicated. Thanks

I am receiving an error message pop up. It relates to my HP7510 printer. I'm not sure whether it is relating to 3.1, but I've never had it before. I have attached the log file for your information. Hi Ron, Thanks for your reply. I will run a disk check as you have advised.However, I am not too sure how to correct the other issues. System Restore is switched on (the CU update switched it off.) I cant seem to find an exact match for: HKU\S-1-5-21-457163509-3813027254-3722488355-1001-{ED1FC765-E35E-4C3D-BF15-2C2B11260CE4}-04202017213248849\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer: Restriction but will run the disc check and report back before I start on registry stuff. Hi, Thanks - yes, sometimes my PC is switched off for more than 24 hours - this has never caused me any issue in the past. I have not had the issue for a few days, but today it is back, and the PC has been switched off for about 20 hours. Thanks

Hi, I have 3.0.6.1469 version premium subscription. For some reason, each time I switch on my PC the taskbar icon has a red !. This never goes away unless I open the dashboard, and click on Update (it always says my updates are not current). The "update" takes about 5 seconds, and then it says it's "updates current" (green tick). Next time - same thing. Component package version = 1.0.103 Update Package version = 1.0.1777 Any reason for this please?

Hi, Previously, I bought about 5 codes for life and have to dissasociate from one PC if I want to use the same code on another PC. Having just changed to Windows 10, I dissasociated a key from an old Netbook that I no longer use, and entered the Key, and User id. I had 2 green ticks. However, it has said the Licence is not right. (For obvious reasons, I will not post the Licence details on here ) Why please? Thanks

Hi, Also Having issues with this, as every time I try an open a folder (even in safe mode) the security opens. It's showing "Windows Security 2012". It want to run a scan, and won't let ANYthing be opened. Any ideas on how we can get round this issue please. I understand about running the file (extracted from the .zip above) but need to be able to open it first. Thanks

Hi, I am running Mbam pro on my netbook. Normally it's fine, but either it or Avast5 found a "nasty". It wanted to reboot and run a boot scan - which it has done and found 0 infections in the boot sector. However, now Mbam wont run as it says there ios a missing file. I have attached a screen dump of the error. Please can someone tell me how to recover the auto function of Mbam. Hope this has worked OK Dave
