  1. Hello muckdork Welcome to Malwarebytes. ===================== Download OTL to your desktop. Double click on OTL to run it. When the window appears, underneath Output at the top change it to Minimal Output. Under the Standard Registry box change it to All. Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check. Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long. When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL. Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time, and post it with your next reply. ==================== Download This file. Note its name and save it to your root folder, such as C:\. Disconnect from the Internet and close all running programs. Temporarily disable any real-time active protection so your security program drivers will not conflict with this file. Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the program. (If running Vista, right click on it and select "Run as an Administrator") Allow the driver to load if asked. You may be prompted to scan immediately if it detects rootkit activity. If you are prompted to scan your system click "Yes" to begin the scan. If not prompted, click the "Rootkit/Malware" tab. On the right-side, all items to be scanned should be checked by default except for "Show All". Leave that box unchecked. Select all drives that are connected to your system to be scanned. Click the Scan button to begin. (Please be patient as it can take some time to complete) When the scan is finished, click Save to save the scan results to your Desktop. Save the file as Results.log and copy/paste the contents in your next reply. Exit the program and re-enable all active protection when done.

Download ComboFix from one of these locations: Link 1 Link 2 * IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts. As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console. **Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures. Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message: Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.
  5. The kaspersky error says that from the online scanner? Please click here to download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool. Double click on the file you just downloaded and let it install. It will install to your desktop. After that leave what is selected and put a check next to My Computer. Click on the option that says Threat Detection and change it to Disinfect,delete if disinfection fails. Then click on Start Scan. Before it is done it may prompt for action regardless of the setting so choose delete if prompted. When the scan is done no log will be produced. Click on the bottom where it says Report to open the report. Then highlight of of the items found by using ctrl + a on your keyboard to select all or use your mouse to select all then right click and choose copy. This will copy the items that it found to the clipboard you can then open notepad (go to start then run then type in notepad) and choose paste to paste the contents into Notepad. You can save this on the desktop. Post the contents of the document in your next reply. Note: This tool will self uninstall when you close it so please save the log before closing it.

  7. Ok we will do it another way. Please go to Start>Run type in Notepad. Copy what is in the code box below into the open Notepad window. Change the "Save As Type" to "All Files". Copy the content of the following codebox into the main textfield: :Filefind parport.* Click the Look button to start the scan. When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply. Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop entitled SystemLook.txt

Once extracted, open the TDSSKiller folder and doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application, then on Start Scan. If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue. If a suspicious file is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue. It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now. If no reboot is required, click on Report. A log file should appear. Please copy and paste the contents of that file here. If a reboot is required, the report can also be found in your root directory, (usually C:\ folder) in the form of "TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt". Please copy and paste the contents of that file here.

  12. Are you connected via a router if so please disconnect from it and plug directly from the modem into the computer and see if the same results occur.
  13. Are you getting redirected now? Could be that the file is corrupted and Combofix attempts to replace it.

(All you have to do is copy and paste the file path into the box when you click on Browse then once you have done that click on the open button then submit) C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe Jotti File Scan VirusTotal File Scan This will produce a report after the scan is complete, please copy and paste those results in your next post.

It could also be an infected file that you may have saved. ===================== Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here. Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application. Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan. The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results. Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note) The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply. Extra Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediatley.

Click on the Accept button and install any components it needs. The program will install and then begin downloading the latest definition files. After the files have been downloaded on the left side of the page in the Scan section select My Computer This will start the program and scan your system. The scan will take a while, so be patient and let it run. Once the scan is complete, click on View scan report Now, click on the Save Report as button. Save the file to your desktop. Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Scroll down to where it says "(JRE) then click on it Click the "Download" button to the right. Select your Platform: "Windows". Select your Language: "Multi-language". Read the License Agreement, and then check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement". Click Continue and the page will refresh. Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save the file to your desktop. Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java. Check (highlight) any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name. Click the Remove or Change/Remove button. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed. Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u23-windows-i586.exe to install the newest version. ======================Clear out infected System Restore points====================== Then we need to reset your System Restore points.   20. Yes you can delete Hijackthis and mbam if you want. Yes you need to turn on system restore.
  21. Hi you posted the original OTL log I need to see the one found here > C:\_OTL\Moved\files\*.txt where the * stands for date you ran it. Please post that one and let me now of any remaining issues.
