  6. So at this point do you see the Windows xp loading screen? These are more than likely the culprit: These are possible patched drivers these will cause an issue booting.See if you can boot into last known good configuration. Tap F8 at startup and choose Last Known good Configuration.

  8. Hi those are not the legitimate files for your operating system those are malware files. But yes if you format the drive then reinstall Windows it will be gone. You are fine to backup your docs and such.
