hello, new here, i started my own thread, didn't spot this one. my mbam has always stopped responding, completly locks up, however if i leave it alone (rest of pc works fine, 0-2% cpu on mbam while it's froze) it recovers and completes the scan, this only happens on full scan, not quick scan. has done it on all versions. specs to help: vista 32 bit, pretty much everything bare bone service ways, 33 running processes, defender, firewall off eset smart security on default with firewall on interactive javacool spyware blaster on msi k9n2 diamond amd 9850 phenom black 3x 280 gtx (184.84)

hi, i have used free mbam for a long time, it has always, whatever version i have used, locks up on full scan only if i leave it for about 10 minutes it recovers again and completes the scan, it seems to be different files that confuse it, they all seem to be in my steam folder though. i live with this i just wondered why i can never find anyone else with the same issue? vista 32 bit, defender/ firewall off eset smart v684 (default +interactive firewall) spyware blaster many thanks in advance ps this issue has put me off buying the full version so any help would be great.
