  2. We have two Androids and have used MB for many years.  Our next date to update Subscriptions on both is 10 March 2024.

    We also have Lifetime Licenses on both of our PCs (Windows x64 Pro).

    Should we consider getting new Subscriptions under my current Windows email address (not quite the same as our current Android email addresses)?

    Are there any advantages to doing this?

    • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
    • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
    • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
    • Run the MBST Support Tool
    • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
    • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
    • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

    I cannot download that file; see attached jpg (which I had no trouble downloading).

    Can you at least tell me if this is a known problem?

Android MB is not working properly.  This has nothing to do with the problem on both of our Pixel 6 Pro phones not permitting Notifications.  This has to do with not updating the database (set for Daily) on one phone and requiring Manual Scans on that phone (also set for Daily).  The other phone sees to be working properly (except of course not permitting notifications).  These are PAID subscriptions.

  5. We have Scans set for Daily on our MB Premium Android app.  However, on one of our 2 phones, I have to manually set a Scan -- the last scan was 7 Nov 2022, until I just ran a Scan?  The other phone is fine, which I assume means that this is NOT the known problem of not having MB show in the pull-down menu.  Settings between these two apps are identical.
