  1. Need some help here, I have had zero success with phone calls or support requests to Malwarebytes. We are currently managing two Malwarebytes Enterprise servers and need Malwarebytes up to date for Windows 10 deployments. I have noticed that the Enterprise version hasn't been updated in sometime. I even had support persons telling me that a new version is comeing. But I haven't seen any update to Enterprise. Did I miss something? Malwarebytes Buisness is getting updated and Enterprise is left flapping in the wind. Anyways the reason for the post is to get some answers that the support people either are out on vaction or just don't want to talk to me? What is the migration steps to go from Enterprise to Business? Is this a good idea with two servers with 500+ clients each? Will Enterprise get Windows 10 compatiablity? Thanks in Advance
  2. @Lazz, Thanks for the quick reply. We had a couple of users claim that their PC's rebooted "without notice" due to Malwarebytes and I haven't got my hands on the Logs yet, but I have a feeling it was something else happened. And I really didn't know if Malwarebytes had the ability to reboot the PC with a user logged in, I figured it wouldn't do so.
  3. Was wondering, when I send a scan to a PC from the Management Console and request a removal/reboot. Does the reboot happen with a prompt if the user is presently logged in? Does it wait for a log-off to run the reboot/removal? Thanks in advance
  4. We currently have two Servers with Malwarebytes Enterprise on each. I am needing to move client between these servers. I know that uninstalling the client from one server then re-installing the client from the other is a option. But since I have hundreds I need to move and it requires reboots with some overhead I would prefer a way to move them a little easier. Both servers are same version of OS and MBAM so there shouldn't be to much on the surface. Thanks in Advance
  5. I also had the same client push issue, but when I did the steps above I got a error stating "This Advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact your admin to change the installation user interface option of the package to basic." ???
  6. I have seen this same issue today, but along with other adware and spyware present at the same time I have to believe it's part of the infection. Maybe something new?
