  1. I had the same problem. I just updated to the latest version of MBAM (1.43); things seem to be back to normal.
  2. I installed the latest version of MBAM (1.43). This seems to have fixed it. Internal updater is up and running again. Thank you.
  3. Thanks for your help, noknojon. I checked my Internet settings again and found nothing unusual. The internal updater did work like a charm until about an hour and a half ago, so I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with my settings, which I haven't changed. Something seems to be wrong with the updater or the MBAM servers. Maybe installing MBAM 1.43 fixes this issue.
  4. Whenever I click "Check for updates", a small window pops up: "An error occurred. Please report the following error code to the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware support team. Error code: 732 (0, 0)" I think this code has got something to do with Internet connectivity, which is not the problem here. I was able to update MBAM until about an hour ago.
  5. I'm trying to update MBAM via the internal updater. What I get is the error code 732 (0, 0). Maybe it's got something to do with the release of MBAM 1.43, which I haven't downloaded yet (still using MBAM 1.42, and I hope I will soon be able to get the latest version of MBAM via the internal updater). I hope this issue will be fixed shortly. Thanks in advance.
  6. I just uninstalled MBAM; will re-install it as soon as this problem is fixed. Hope you'll soon be able to fix it as soon as possible.
  7. Same here. And here's my log from MBAM: 18:28:55 *** ERROR zlib::decompress failed with error code 6 18:28:55 *** MESSAGE Protection stopped
  8. Add me to the list. I have exactly the same issue, starting also today. OS: Windows 7.
  9. Problem seems to be solved. Thank you very much.
  10. Same here. Let's hope this will soon be fixed.
  11. Done. Thanks for your reply.
  12. MBAM blocks the IP 69.89.31.62, which belongs to a program called Revo Uninstaller. I've been using it for years and like it. However, now I can't get to their website (revouninstaller.com), and I cannot use the internal updater either. Please fix this FP. Thanks in advance.
  13. I'm currently using Windows Vista SP2; this may be the reason for the delayed startup. Thanks for your reply, GT500. And yes, I like this delayed startup.
  14. The problems seems to be solved. Now I can access the above-mentioned site without any problem.
  15. Whenever I boot my computer, the MBAM icon is the last one to appear in system tray. The icon appears usually ten or twenty seconds after all other icons are visible in system tray. Is this delayed startup a bug? Or is it a feature? Or is something wrong with my version of MBAM? Maybe the startup of MBAM is delayed because it does not want to interfere with other apps that also start with Windows. Is this correct? Well, I can only guess. Thanks for your replies in advance.
  16. Thanks for your help. I will try to reproduce it when I'm back home.
  17. I always use the latest database version. I update MBAM several times a day.
  18. I opened the following post at DSLReports: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r22798618-...v670-Build-6161 Two pictures could not be loaded, and I get a message from MBAM that the site 64.62.181.47 is infected. I'm sure this is a false positive. Would be great if you could fix it. Thank you very much in advance.
  19. Now I understand. Again, thanks very much for your help. Much appreciated (as always).
  20. I really hope adding MBAM to the KIS ignore list will help. I'm new to KIS, so it will probably take some time to find out how to tell Kaspersky to leave MBAM alone (if it is possible).
  21. Thanks a lot for your detailed reply. OK, I will tell Kaspersky to leave MBAM alone, so there shouldn't be any conflicts.
  22. Dear all, Are there any known conflicts between Kaspersky Internet Suite (KIS 9) and MBAM (real-time protection enabled)? Thanks a lot for your replies in advance. Best regards, Buddel
  23. Seems to be a false positive: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=12426
  24. MBAM also found this FAKE.DRIVER on my machine. Seems to be a false positive.
