  1. Thank you. That's all for now, but I would really like to see the password action alive when quiting the system tray icon (I guess it will improve safety, I don't know, it is just a sugestion). Cheers.
  2. Thanks for your quick reply. I'll do a clean reinstall. It's fast and simple. I would like also to hear if, just in case this might happen in the future, is there a way to recover, but in a safety way or everybody will disable the password protection easily. A final to note: if I had password protection activated, why right clicking the system tray icon allows me to quit the real time protection ? Isn't this a Malwarebytes weakness ? I mean, a malicious software can deactivate Malwarebytes, since the password isn't requested, when a quit action is done ?
  3. Hello all, Did a search as much I could but didn't found a way to solve this situation: I had a password to protect Malwarebytes settings (and I also think this works also for the Ignore List, not sure what else is password protected), and now want to check my Settings or my Ignore List and I'm facing a forgot password ! I can't remember the password, even trying a lot of variants. I don't want to think that someone change it, but who knows... The question is: how can I recover from a Malwarebytes forgotten password ?! All seems working well, no infections detected, but not accessing those two areas don't let me confortable... Thanks for any assistance.
  4. It is a working place for sharing support documents and it has been blocked by mbam. I hadn't experienced any problem at that place since a long time. Can you check if it is a positive block, and there are reasons for that, or if it is a false positive ? Thanks.
  5. Thank you for your super fast and clear answer.
  6. Malwarebytes alerts this IP 81.95.6.122 as a potentialy malicious website. Is it because it is hosted in a known malicious IP range, or is this a false positive ?
