Hello, I have a W2K3 SBS system that is still infected with something although an MBAM scan now completes without detection. There was a rootkit that initially wasn't being detected by MBAM, an offline scan by Kaspersky Rescur Disk detected and removed the root kit. A follow-up scan by MBAM then detected and removed additional files identified as being associated with the rootkit. However when I bring the server online, at some stage (sometime after minutes - sometimes hours) the console goes to a blank screen (no icons), the computer no longer responds to Clt-Alt-Del, RDP is disabled, OWA is disabled, file sharing is still functional. Shutdown from a remote computer is not possible. This computer has MBAM Pro installed and I have logged a support request via Business Support, but that was 12 hours ago and I haven't received a response - so I'm going to try and start the troubleshooting process from here. DDS is not supported on W2K3. What should I try next? Thanks
