I know there is already an old suggestion on this matter, but I definitely feel that it needs to be addressed. I am a paying supporter of Malwarebytes and I use it as an absolutely essential tool for daily malware removal at my job. A great feature to add would be a check for any local host proxy settings (127.0.0.1) and asks the user if they wish to remove it. As you are all extremely familiar with I'm sure, malware tends to habitually set this value. Of course, these settings can be easily removed through Hijackthis, but it would make things so much more convenient if it was included within a single solution.
