  1. I have the Pro version. Today I opened the program. Automatic update downloaded & installed the new 1.50 version. I am unable to activate the active protection module. I receive error code #1072. I am using ZoneAlarm & Norton Internet Security 2011. They have not posed a problem in the past. Any suggestions as to how to solve my problem? Thanks for any help you can offer.
