Hi, Do you all have any bootable CD-based software where I can restore system files deleted by malwarebytes anti-virus software? When I conducted a recent scan on my infected laptop and attempted to delete the infected files, I got some error messages during the deletion/quarantine process. After receiving the error messages, I restarted my laptop and now it won't boot up at all (!). I have the black screen of death! No, I don't have a warranty, no I don't have a Windows XP installation CD (believe me, my life would be made a whole lot easier with it), and no I can't boot my laptop in safe mode (again I have the black screen of death). Please help! [P.S. I tried emailing support@malwarebytes.org but the emails were returned as undeliverable]
