I tried to install the rootkit unhooker, but my norton antivirus kept telling me something called suspicious.cloud.2 was trying to infect my computer. Should I ignor this, or should I find a different download location? I just don't want to further infect my machine. Thanks!

Hello... ran the prescribed scans. My results, below! Also, I uploaded the "attach" file, as instructed. Unfortunately, the GMER thing didn't run. My computer kept restarting in the middle, and saying "windows shut down improperly" or some such thing. I've run Malwarebytes like 40 different times over the past few weeks, and it keeps telling it's removing rootkit.agent, asks me to restart, then finds it again on a later scan. No idea what's going on. I found that others were having the same issue in this forum, but the instructions say I shouldn't use their fixes to fix my machine. I've run Sophos, Norton and malwarebytes, but nothing's working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
