A few questions: Does it upload only changes inside a file, or will it upload the whole file again if it has changed?
Do you support backup of encrypted containers like in TrueCrypt? Will the application notice that the encrypted container has changed, even tho the date on the container does not change?
Do you support backup of open files?
How does it work with Outlook PST files? Does it re-upload the whole file each time, or just the changes. What happens if Outlook is open during backup?
I suppose you use data deduplication. How does this work with the UltraSafe feature?

I have a 24h clock on my computer. When I'm setting backup schedule, it doesn't show AM/PM or 24h clock. So I don't know if I'm setting up the backup in the morning or evening.
