  2. Good evening: I have attempted to schedule scans & updates but unsuccessful. I receive an error message as follows: [OpenEvent]failed to perform desired action. Error code 2 Also appear to have problems with the Enable Protection Module. Please provide answers as to why this is occurring. Regards, Cyberjoyce
