  1. Thanks for the directions. That seems to have fixed the problem. Everything shows as up-to-date.
  2. Lately I have been getting notifications that the 2 databases (malware and phishing URLs) are out of date. When I press the update database button nothing happens. Can anyone help me with this please?
  3. Thanks for this. I just turned on the logging function. I assume I'll find the log in the MBAE directory. If not can you tell me where? Also what is the log named? Thanks for your help.
  4. My apologies. Anti-exploit is the program in question.
  5. Every time I launch a program Malwarebytes Anti-malware popped up a message telling what it had done. I got the message even though the same program was run regularly. I tuned off tray notifications and they have stopped. What Ièd like to know however if Anti-malware will advise me when it has blocked an exploitÉ
  6. I just tried a Java update but AE blocks the update process. The Exclude button is greyed out and I can't seem to change this any way. Can someone tell me how I can allow Java, via cmd.exe, to update?I know all the problems surrounding Java but that is not the issue. I want Java to update so I always have the latest one installed. Blocking updates simply compounds the problem.
