  1. A few months ago, I really liked malware bytes because it wasn't as well known as the other programs, and it got rid of everything without a problem. Now I am noticing that malware is coming out that blocks the installation, running or even going to the website of antimalware programs. Now Malware Bytes is falling victim to this as well. Back in the version 7 days of AVG, their rootkit program would start up with a randomized name in order to prevent anything from blocking it. It would be nice if Malware Bytes started up with a randomized executable name to prevent it from being blocked. Though, I guess you can't get around the update problem without more servers. As some malware redirects both malwarebytes.org and securitywonks to ad sites.
