  1. Why does Gurusoft have devil horns and tail? lol Thanks Shy.
  2. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA You always seem to have good jokes, Gypsy
  3. Look at this people SiteAdvisor user comments PCTools mjfromga's points are legitimate, but he might not be completely honest, but he is one of the expert reviewers of the sight, along with your friend S!Ri Also, I never new that Symantec owned PCTools! Comprev
  4. There is nothing wrong with a paid version of an AV program. I don't like ones that you need to pay for just to remove detected threats like Spyware Doctor. MBAM does a much better job for free! (When I ran SPDoc on an infected computer, it detected a variety of things that MBAM might not have caught, but it did not remove anything in the free version)
  5. :) The TSA has gone too far! They are abusing people with their power! I miss the old detectors that just find metal instead of other stuff. These new ones might also cause cancer? The rays might do damage. Comprev
  6. Are rogues a dying breed? There have been less and less good ones coming out. The 'Frags are coming out, but they are not very good. The old days: Spyware Sheriff and XP Antivirus hit the wild, and caused damage. Then you guys came along. Then rogues had to defend themselves by blocking executables Now they are disappearing. Maybe the authors of rogues are creating really big ones. Or they might go to different and old-fashioned malware. Only time will tell
  7. We do not deal with infections in the general MBAM forum. Malwarebytes is an expert software that generally removes all malware it detects. If you are certain that you are still infected with ErrorWiz, follow the instructions here. We do not deal with infections here. An expert will answer your other questions if needed; I do not feel authorized to give any more help. Comprev
  8. Alright, I understand. However, aren't they a MB business enemy?
  9. Come on, we need more posters! Here is another one: McAfee Siteadvisor says funwebproducts are safe?
  10. We need one of these Mouse text: I just wanted to know how babby was formed
  11. I am starting a topic to make fun of McAfee products. Share experiences, criticize how it runs, or just make jokes about it. For starters, I was today browsing around in the Newest Rogue Threats section, and clicking on Virustotal links, and I noticed that their GW edition detects malware that their regular scan does not. I wonder which one costs more money
  12. It bites the malware He also knows exploits, like the one he did on Defence Center. He has a website, http: //malwareup.org Don't put an s at the end of the up, I think that is a malicious site.
  13. You with me on this, remixed? I can understand your arguments, opponents. If MBAM is made to specifically target malware that most AVs look over, then that is a profitable stance to take, filling in a gap and doing it better than PCTools could ever dream of with Spyware Doctor However, if you also want to do this for the good of fighting malware, then making an AV module would help. You could raise the price for complete protection. Maybe version 1.51 can have that? Consider deeply, Comprev
  14. Did you check the other topic you made? An expert did respond, and the topic is probably closed now due to the fact that you did not respond to Borislav's instructions within 5 days. I have the link here. Anyways, Do not post in the general MBAM forum as we don't deal with infections here. Follow these instructions carefully, and print them out if you must. Read the instructions here. Then post a new topic here with all of the needed logs. An expert will assist you, but click options and choose Track this Topic, and choose the method you want, and check your email or My Controls and go to the topic when an expert responds. Do NOT run Combofix unless requested to do so by an expert.
  15. Please, can someone come here? Thanks, Comprev
  16. Sysinternals has an excellent arsenal of security software. I downloaded it, used RootkitRevealer, and it found a whole bunch. (For some reason, even though I have Win 7, when I use it, I click the link to view a message, and it takes me to an old Windows XP view. It might be even older. However, I would recommend it, especially to people who are interested in malware, or people who want extra protection. They should have an antivirus, but that would cause a great deal of confusion, due to the fact that there is a rogue called Sysinternals Antivirus. Here, let us talk about our experiences with Sysinternals and their products, and how you can use them best. Sysinternals Suite Comprev
  17. Don't you mean Mods/Admins? Comprev
  18. I will do that if burglars are doing that to me and the police are that lazy:rolleyes:
  19. Maybe he means to have the software on the real box. Then it could protect your computer if the malware somehow got out of the VM.
  20. Not all hackers are bad. Some hackers are using their skill to fight cyber criminals. Look at this. Pretty cool huh? Some guys know what they are doing
  21. Comprev

    How?

When I was on 2-viruses, one of the articles warned readers about <data snipped>.com, which advertised the Antivirus Soft clone, Security Suite. I googled <data snipped>.com, and the first result was the actual website.
  22. I was looking it up. One of the pages said that in order for a malicious program to get out of the virtual machine, it must be able to exploit it.
