  2. Sorry, I have extracted the files but deleting them all leaving only the mbar.exe to run which does not work. Now it works perfectly with all the files included in the folder. I can only proceed to Step 5 and the working of MBAM is still impossible. I cannot run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as warning message appears : mbam.exe - component missing ru-board.com is found missing. Reinstallation of the software may solve the problem.   3. I cannot run Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit as warning message appears : mbar.exe - component missing mbamcore.dll is found missing. Reinstallation of the software may solve the problem. I am afraid that MBAM cannot run anymore with that infection. Please advise what should I do now as I cannot go ahead with those following steps. Please advise at your earliest convenience.   6. The first two steps were performed successfully but Malwarebytes AntiMalware is not workable. When I click on the desktop icon, it still shows that error message of ru-board.com is found missing, reinstallation of the software may solve this problem.   8. Before performing Rkill and Erunt tool, do I have to close down my secrutiy software? After those two steps, it is advised to perform Malawarebytes AntiMalware scanning, do I stop and seek your advice if it still doesn't work as it is now? Thanks!
  9. Yesterday I discovered when I clicked Malwarebytes AntiMalware Pro icon, error message appeared with ru-board.com is missing. It also stated this problem may be overcome if you remove and reinstall the software. I then removed and re-installed MBAM again but error message was still shown. Even when I applied with your Remove Tool, same problem still existed. Am I being infected? I do not know as it happens suddenly with reasons unknown.   10. Please provide detailed working steps of providing exclusion lists of Malwarebytes on current/latest security softwares for 2013 / 2014 eg. Kaspersky, AVG, Norton etc. Many thanks!

  12. How to enable some websites to be acceptable to enter / visit as they are usally blocked by MBAM? Those websites may be unknown or harmful to pc to MBAM knowledge recently. Thanks for the assistance!
  13. exile360 / AdvancedSetup : thanks a lot for the information. I think that Norton will tend to amend or improve their engine upgrade if you can forward your forum members feedback on that problem encountered !
  14. I have encountered with same problem of Norton AutoFix after I install Norton 360 today with my MBAM already existed in my system which has been used for years. Please provide details of inclusion MBAM to Exclusion List of Norton to overcome the problem as that may face with later again I guess. Many thanks!
