Ok, I was able to get to the latest version of Malware by delete and redownloading. I am now current. there are still strange things happening with both the laptop and the desktop. Laptop has AVG and Malware and nothing shows up. I've scanned multiple times. Desktop has Avast and Malware. Use Firefox for browser. On the laptop, Firefox is slow to load and I see messages like connecting to "analytics.com", when waiting for my home page to load (MSN). When I try to log into my email server on Time Warner, again it is slow, and there are multiple messages (lower left hand) while waiting to load, things like clicksor.net, jsadonar. On the desktop, we keep getting commercials running in the background. I'm losing my mind. Any suggestions? thanks.
