  1. I have a virus that has disabled my admin rights and hijacked my Internet Explorer. I cannot access User Account Control Settings or create a new user with admin rights. I have been running MalwareBytes for about a month and it failed to pick this one up. I can't update MalwareBytes either because the Update button is disabled. I actually bought another copy of MalwareBytes today thinking that a new download would work... but I can't install it because my admin rights have been disabled!! Arrrgggghhh. System Restore has also been disabled. This one has me cornered and now I have paid for two copies of MalwareBytes and have nothing to show for it. I am dead in the water.

  3. My computer is infected with the AntiSpy Safeguard virus. And evil little thing. I purchased Malwarebytes because it was recommended to remove it. I ran the scan... it found the problem and I removed the threat. When I start up my computer it appears to be working normal now. But when I try to open Task Manager... Malwarebytes intervenes and tells me to quarantine something that is trying to infect this process. Its the SAME virus again. This virus actually interfers with Task Manager and System Restore leaving you in a real mess. Why can't Malwarebytes really get rid of this thing??? I feel like Malwarebytes is just trying to control it... not actually remove it.
