  1. I'm installing pandabear antivirus this morning when a request pops up to modify the image path of system file (psinknc.sys) with a new imagepath. This is a fresh xp install except I added pctools firewall. Also added majicjack phone. I put this together as a majick jack slave system. So I don't have to have majic jack on my main computers. Loaded everything yesterday. Now as I'm typing this I wonder if the image path described above is something that was changed by pandabear or majicjack. I say majick jack because of the known eula of majicjack and the posts on the net about majicjack. Anyway I halted pandabear install and started searching on psinknc.sys. One thing that rings on every post on every group is that pandabear is installed on the system. So I wonder if Panda bear is the problem. I found the psinknc.sys post here on malware bytes at this link. http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=60883 It is a closed topic. I'm not going to install panda bear yet till I get to the bottom of this. The topic above mentions that something about these chinese IP'S. Which once again points at panda bear.
