My parents are claiming their new computer isn't running right and randomly they'll get error messages that Windows is not working right. I don't live near them so my best bet is to work remotely which means I really can't see the error as it happens. I ran a Spybot test and came up with nothing. Computer has AVG free anti-virus and nothing comes there either. Below is the Hijackthis log...can anybody tell me if they see anything that doesn't look right?
